How to connect the TL-WA701ND access point to Mikrotik through an intermediate hub?

There is a Mikrotik without WiFi, there is a WiFi access point TL-WA701 with multi-SSID function. You need to create a VLAN for users via WiFi with HotSpot functions.
1st version: since Mikrotik is far from the access point, 2 switches are connected in series between Mikrotik and the access point. In normal mode, the "access point" TL-WA701 has a static address from the Mikrotik subnet range and distributes the Internet to all subscribers who connect via WiFi. But HotSpot features require a VLAN.
To do this, we switch to the "multi-SSID" mode on the access point, and in Mikrotik we create a VLAN with a common bridge interface and our own DHCP for VLAN. But in this case, the access point does not get access to Mikrotik, respectively, there is no Internet for WiFi subscribers.
2nd version: the access point is connected in the "multi-SSID" mode to the Mikrotik port directly. Created a VLAN on this port, a separate bridge for VLAN, own DHCP server, address pool, "Masquerade" rule. Everything works. But this version cannot be implemented for technical reasons.
I can't figure out how to properly bind an external access point to VLAN Mikrotik indirectly through an external switch?
Use Virtual Ethernet?But I don't know how to bind this interface to the static address TL-WA701 in an external local network?

@edinorog

didn't understand. Wealan should be transmitted through the provider's network and in the absence of access to the provider's switches? EoIP to the rescue

For this scheme, do you recommend EoIP? How to register a Tunnel ID for an access point?
