How to connect the Django framework to the site?

Good day!
I recently started studying web development, I'm trying to attach oAuth 2.0 authentication to VK via django and stubbornly don't understand how to do it...
I have a site with a main page and nothing else, so to speak, a testing ground.
All tutorials are based on the fact that we already have a *nix server and we deploy all the action on it, and if I have free Hostinger hosting or the like, how can I do this?
Please do not kick, the question is stupid, but I want to understand everything!
