How to connect tablet to computer via HDMI-microHDMI cable?

There is a Texet TM-9750HD tablet , as well as an HDMI-microHDMI cable . I would like to use these items to get a second monitor. Can you tell me if there is any way to do this?

No way, the tablet has only an HDMI output in hardware.
