You buy an HDMI cable, unscrew the plugs, carefully cut the wires from the contacts, remembering where they were, and finally solder them onto your plugs.

on it at least four differential pairs, all should have a different twist pitch and their own shielding connected to a specific contact. It is very, very difficult to build such a cable on your own. a simple connection of contacts to each other will work, if it does, then perhaps at a distance of 10-20 centimeters.
if you still really want to, you can try to attach a vitukha from a computer. there are just four pairs with different twist (although the screen is common)
