How to connect SQlite to Lighttpd webserver on Ubuntu 18.04?

Given an Ubuntu 18.04 server on a virtual machine: Disk 10Gb, RAM 512Mb.
Among other things,
PHP7 and the Litgtpd webserver are installed.
It is required to "fasten" SQLight because MySQL and its forks are too resource-intensive.
What do you need!
A proxy has been raised on the virtual machine and it is required to monitor traffic through the webmord.

@Sartorio

Your next question will be how to restore SQLight after a crash.
In all textbooks HERE they write a warning in SUCH letters, do not use in prod and multi-user environments.
PS MySQL perfectly tunes under low-powered machines. Disable Inodb, set memory limits and get a notebook with sql interface.
