How to connect SQLite in SharpDevelop?

I can't figure out how to connect SQLite to SharpDevelop.
Downloaded from the site in the block "Precompiled Binaries for Windows" DLL (EXE too).
Can you explain how to connect step by step?
In the project, I first try to connect the DLL through "Project" / "ADD Reference" / ".NET Assembly Browser" / "Browse" - here I select the required DLL, but it says to me:

Invalid executable (.exe) or library (.dll) format.
Error loading code completion information for sqlite3 from D:\Projects\Targets\Targets\sqlite3.dll

EXE file is the same story.
Obviously I'm doing something wrong.
