How to connect smartphone to Ubuntu?

There is a smartphone Zera F Highscreen running Android 4.2.2, there is a PC with Ubuntu 14.04.
I tried all the usb connection modes on smart, but in the end the device was not detected.
With bluetooth, the same trouble, and the visibility of devices is turned on both on the PC and on the phone ((
What should I do?

@Hateman31

try connecting a new rule /etc/udev/rules.d/80-usbprog.rules. If the file does not exist, then create it. The content is:
"04e8" and "685e" should be written down. They can be viewed via lsusb . After reboot it should be recognized.
