How to connect SAN to network?

Kind time of the day, tell me how to correctly organize access from 3 nodes to storage. Infortrend DS 1012 storage system is available (it still has a couple of wd gold disks) 3 network intel x540-t2 two iscsi modules (10gb / s) 1 trendnet switch 8 ports of 10 Gigabit each and cat6 patchcords. At the moment, everything is connected anyhow as the storage receives the IP settings from the dhcp server in the user network. network nodes on the nodes also have an IP from this subnet (for example, let's take 192.168.10.0/24). How should I configure the network in the nodes so that the traffic runs directly to the storage and does not stomp through the switch to 1 gigabit and then only to the SAN? I apologize in advance for the lamer question, but I deal with SAN for the first time in my life. At the moment, the storage is configured with nodes writing and reading to it, but I'm not sure that all this is done through a 10 gigabit interface. Jumbo Frame included everywhere, package size 9000 (pieces of iron hold up to 9256)

Allocate a separate subnet for san, and into separate adapters.

How the traffic will go, in your case, will be determined not by IP addresses, but by MAC addresses. Therefore, the exchange between devices connected to a 10G switch will in any case be carried out only through this switch, without going to 1G.
Traffic can go through other switches only if you have IP addresses of devices connected to the same switch in DIFFERENT IP subnets, and routing is done somewhere else.
