How to connect registration to filling out the Bitrix web form?

Good afternoon.
The site implements a shopping cart by filling out a web form. At the same time, mandatory authorization / registration of the user is not provided and the order may fall anonymously.
I tried to register before submitting the form via ajax, but faced with the fact that the cart is being cleared.
Can anyone suggest a way where to dig to implement this functionality?

Understood. In the solution, the storage of the basket was through the session.
And when registering, it was cleared.
I highlighted what was responsible for the goods and added copying from the old session to the new one during registration
