How to connect openserver to webpack devserver?

I am writing spa, playing with browser history. Already configured on the htacces server to always issue index. I'm working now on a devserver and uploading dist to openserver. Not very convenient, I want to update when saving on the open server. Where can I see configs (and plugins) for webpack
