How to connect Ms SQL to PHP 5.5.11+Apache2?

In the php.ini configs, I specified the libraries:

php_sqlsrv_55_ts.dll
php_pdo_sqlsrv_55_ts.dll

Thread Safety (enabled) - that is, the drivers seem to be correctly selected.
Downloaded from the off site, as instructed php.net/manual/en/sqlsrv.installation.php
Link to phpinfo() - so-here.com/phpinfo.htm
But still Apache2+PHP doesn't see it... why?
