How to connect microphone and headphones to Sony Vaio Fit 15A via headset jack?

Good afternoon.
There is a Sony Vaio Fit 15A laptop, it has one single connector for connecting an audio headset (3.5). If you just connect headphones - they work.
I would like to connect a separate microphone and headphones (each has its own 3.5). In those. support was told that officially there are no such devices.
Can someone solve this problem and tell the adapter? Thank you.

Does the 4-pin phone headset work (headphones + microphone)?
