How to connect many/multiple sensors to Raspberry Pi/Arduino?

Tell me how to switch wires on these devices without breadboards? With the connection of one sensor, everything is clear - plus to plus, ground to ground, etc.
The question is how to connect, for example, 4 motion sensors and a relay . For each sensor and relay, you need to somehow connect the ground. That's just how?
Do not make printed circuit boards every time?
And is there any way to crimp your wires into such connectors?

Connect all minuses to GND. Pluses each in its own port. If there are not enough ports, you can connect via a demultiplexer and interrogate the sensors one by one.
If for training - take a breadboard.
