How to connect mail.ru mail for a domain through their API?

The task is to automatically connect mail.ru mail to user domains and create mailboxes there.
I got acquainted with the documentation https://biz.mail.ru/developer/api.html#id4
Added a site here api.mail.ru/sites/my accordingly received "ID", "Private key", "Secret key".
I make a request to receive a code for further OAuth 2.0 authorization https://biz.mail.ru/developer/oauth.html
In response, I get an error: "bad client"
Actually, the question is where to get the client_id for biz.mail.ru?
I will also be grateful if you send links to examples of working with api biz.mail.ru.

The correct answer is no and nowhere .
API biz mail.ru doesn't exist =)
