How to connect lxml parser in AWS Lambda?

I created my own deployment package, stuffed it into a .zip, uploaded it into a Lambda function.
The contents of the .zip archive:
5f55f7f75f834388239635.jpeg

But when running the Lambda function, it still complains about the lack of lxml:

[ERROR] FeatureNotFound: Couldn't find a tree builder with the features you requested: lxml. Do you need to install a parser library?
