How to connect java to drivers?

You need to connect java to the [speaker and video card] drivers.
I don’t really want to take opengl, but I need access to drivers (here about the video card).
As for speakers, I don't know.
I searched on Google (a cool thing), but found nothing.

If you need audio and video output, then look at gstreamer-java, these are bindings to gstreamer https://github.com/gstreamer-java/gst1-java-core
