You need to register a user on the forum after registering on the main site.

You don't need to write anything there. Everything is as simple as a bottle - the forum is considered the main system - the site - additional. Or vice versa.
On the main system, PHP files are written that request data with an additional one in JSON or something else, if you want it to be promoted - request CURL before loading the page.
And render with data.
