There is a registered IP in the Russian Federation. A PayPal business account is connected to it to accept payments in dollars. Now the buyer can pay in dollars only from his PayPal account. How to set up acceptance of payments in dollars from Visa and Mastercard? If anyone has come across a similar issue, please share your experience.
