How to connect facebook post with news on the site?

Good afternoon dear experts. I'll go straight to the point:
There are posts on facebook, there are news on the site. Is it possible to bind news to posts in order to put likes from the site? For example, I have news, and there is the same news in the group on facebook'e... is it possible to like this post from the site, being in the same news? I hope you understand my train of thought... PS to attach the like of the news to the post on facebook, so that you can like this news without going to facebook itself. I will be grateful for any help! Thanks a lot!

the easiest way (without troubles with obtaining a token and registering an application + a description of the logic) is to click on the arrow in the top right of the publication,
then click "embed" and go to advanced to view / edit
and insert the code on the site (it is very flexible to edit the code itself)
without an API, without a token, cheap and cheerful. It's all possible from the "page". With a group, this is not proctatitis .. because. a group (according to FB) is a place of communication...
p.s. you can embed publications from your personal page in the same way as from the "page")) (sorry for the tautology)
p.s.s. I don't think creating a custom API, getting a valid token every time, allowing that API to "edit/create a topic" on the site is a "good idea"...
