How to connect .eslintrc.js and other linters to projects via Git submodules?

I'm using the standard nuxtjs build. There was a need to divide the assembly into modules for further reuse. We use git submodules . Rendered styles, templates, translations, fonts, etc. I can't find a way to take out the same files and settings, such as .stylelintrc , .eslintrc.js . If someone has encountered such problems and knows a solution or solutions, tell us how.
p.s. most of the migration is already done, and i don't want to switch to other options like npm packages , but if the solution is worth it, i'll be just as grateful.
