How to connect Chinese arduino uno correctly?

After installing arduino ide, the driver is not installed. Manually when I stayed does not find it. On Windows 8 everything was ok, but on Windows 10 the problem.

If China-China is direct, then there is most likely a ch340g. Look for drivers for it.
Hint: The chip marking is usually written on the chip itself.

First you need to determine which UART-USB you have and look for a driver for it under Win10
