How to connect Bluetooth headphones to TX-RX adapter?

I bought an RX-TX Bluetooth adapter on alik. Figovina the size of a flash drive and a 3.5 mini jack and USB Type A connector. As I found out, the adapter receives only power through the USB. As a Bluetooth adapter, the computer does not see it. And therefore it is not clear how to connect Bluetooth headphones to it in TX mode?

What kind of adapter?
They usually have a button and a mode switch.
You need to turn on the pairing mode in the headphones, select the TX mode on the adapter with the switch and enter the pairing mode with the button on the adapter.
