The bottom line is that there is a server with proxmox in which a virtual machine is deployed on a windows server, how to make winSrv see the physical raid and have access to it?

By reading the official documentation?

I have the same story but with LSI 9211-8i. I did something more radical - I forwarded a port with a physical controller to the virtual machine. And the other drives that I connect to the virtual machines one at a time - I passed through the @SignFinder
guide pci-express passthrough is described here:
https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Pci_passthrough
all actions are the same as when passing a video card, but in the config file VM settings, then you simply write something like:
hostpci0: 02:00
and that's it.
PS. If you forward the device in this way, then it disappears from access for the host and the virtual machine is responsible for managing it until the host is rebooted and restarted
