How to connect a package from another workspace in Sencha Cmd?

I have one package. General. I am developing it separately. Let's say I place it in a separate workspace and save it on github.
Next, I make some kind of application. I'm doing a second workspace. And I want to use my common package from the first workspace in it. And I want it to be taken from the github (similarly as it is done in bower, npm, composer, etc.).
In package managers, this can be done by linking directly to the package repository.
And here how to do it?
And where to place inside the workspace?
