What are you going to ground - it is not clear. An indicator with a common cathode is connected by a common cathode to the negative pole of the power source, ignited by a high voltage level on the segment, an indicator with a common anode is connected where? That's right - to the positive pole of the power source and ignites with a low voltage level on the segment.
If you want the indicator with a common anode to light up at a high level, put an inverter on each segment. In the general case, the inverter is a transistor of the KT315 type, connected according to the OK circuit.
