How to connect 3 monitors to GTX 760?

Hello.
There are 2 monitors: VGA and VGA + HDMI, 1 TV (4xHDMI, vga, dvi).
On the card: 2xDVI, HDMI, DisplayPort.
What works: TV + monitor connected to DVI ports.
Not working: neither HDMI nor DP.
What can be a jamb?
