Is it possible to synchronize the catalog / orders between the site on Bitrix and 1C Enterprise (8.3)? On the Internet, there is mainly a mention of the Bitrix + 1C Trade Management bundle, but what about 1C-Enterprise?

1) Bitrix is a set of solutions for the web. Including "site management" on the basis of which there are solutions.
2) 1C-Enterprise is a technological platform (such as JVM for Java-like languages), under which hundreds of different configurations are written, one of which is the popular 1C Trade Management
3) All of the above is little connected with each other and has a different internal structure. therefore, there are connections between a specific version of specific Bitrixes and specific trading versions (UNF, UPP, and so on).
4) The official list of integrations is here - https://1c.1c-bitrix.ru/ecommerce/download.php , but there are many solutions from independent masters that are sold for money (easily googled, as they pay search engines for advertising)
