How to confirm payment data in the google cloud platform for a virtual qiwi card?

I found out that google cloud platrform has a free vps server and an additional $300 credit.
I decided to register, but I just can’t confirm the virtual Qiwi card, it doesn’t pass moderation (they don’t accept it), I made screenshots in my Qiwi account.

Has anyone registered there, who knows how to confirm a virtual qiwi card?
