How to configure yui compressor not to process .min.css?

.min.min.css files are now automatically generated for default .min.css
settings
program: ~/node_modules/yuicompressor/build/yuicompressor-2.4.8.jar
arguments: $FileName$ -o $FileNameWithoutExtension$.min.css
output paths to refresh: $FileNameWithoutExtension$.min.css
phpstorm 2017.1
ubuntu 16.10
