You can, on a wifi router:
1. set up an Internet connection (get ip automatically)
2. put it under the network 192.168.10.0
3. set up wifi
Done

Switches are not able to route, specifically your models did not feel. The answer is no.
UPD. It if VLAN. (and why is it needed in this situation?).
And so - yes - above keeplod indicated how to do it in theory

If the solution is more expensive than beauty and there is access to switches, then:
1. We buy the cheapest mikrotik, it will be gw for guest wifi , we
configure it on it, roughly speaking, WAN to a tsiska with dhcp and NAT, guest wifi vlan there
2. On the switches, we forward vlan from the plate up to Mikrotik
3. Add / reconfigure the existing WIRELESS NETWORK on the plates with enabled vlan
DHCP relay, radius authorization - to taste
