How to configure the physical interface of a router that does not exist?

The task in ensp is to configure IP addresses for physical interfaces based on the following table.
When I try to enter the GigabitEthernet 0/0/4 interface, I get an error

What model of huawei is this? many have a limit on the number of interface vlan. And how many gigabit ports does it actually have???
dis int br
and ip addresses are better to distribute through the interface vlan and then hang them on the port.
