How to configure the PhpStorm + OpenServer + Composer bundle correctly?

There is no way to install ubuntu nearby (no time, no desire, I need ps, ill and I need webgl support, which I don't have in ubuntu) and there is no way to use "something virtual" (weak laptop). Therefore, it remains to stop at OpenServer, in which I have a positive experience.
But there is one "but", "but", "but", "but". I don't understand how to use composer from phpstorm's console.
I have a composer.phar in my created project. How can I now install something with it from the ide console? If you need php in global visibility, then how to put php from OpenServer itself into it? If that's at all possible, of course...

@vasIvas

Somehow already showed here, but I will write again.
Set up the OpenServer path
Add a bookmark to PhpStorm
Run PhpStorm via OpenServer
Use the console built into PhpStorm and enjoy your work
