Please shed some light on how to make html pages of a static site open from folders.
For example: there is the main index.html and there is a sozdanie-sajtov folder, you need primer.ru and primer.ru/sozdanie-sajtov;
as well as files in this folder primer.ru/sozdanie-sajtov/landing-page Without the .html extension.

Create a folder with the desired name and drop a new index.html into it , this index file will open by default when you click on the folder name in the URL. Whether:

index.html откроется по умолчанию:
http://mysite.loc/mypage1

Так же будет работать:
http://mysite.loc/mypage1/index.html
