How to configure stylelint-config-standard for scss?

In general, I found this solution:

stylelint-config-standard-scss

Is its use still relevant? It's just that it was updated a long time ago, and stylelint-config-standard itself - not so long ago. I wonder if the plugin is still up to date...

PS: stylelint-order can I somehow pull up the settings from npm? Or do you leave it manually?
