How to configure snipMate by taboo?

In .vimrc I connected the plugin as in the instructions

Plugin 'MarcWeber/vim-addon-mw-utils'
 Plugin 'tomtom/tlib_vim'
 Plugin 'garbas/vim-snipmate'

and here's another

"snipmate
set nocompatible
filetype on
filetype plugin on

But autocomplete doesn't work on TAB? How to set up to work?
