How to configure smplayer so that it does not slow down with hevc codec?

Vlc normally pulls, under Windows smplayer too. Problems in Linux.
Mint, phenom 1100, GF960.

I set everything up and optimized for myself on an old 2010 laptop and I have no problems with SMPlayer when playing HEVC.
Create 2 files called player_info.ini and smplayer.ini and paste the link data into each of them.
Drop both of these files into a folder in your home directory .config/smplayer/
