How to configure route or port forwarding through mikrotik and openvpn server?

So I was puzzled to raise openvpn on the ubuntu server.
At the entrance I have mikrotik.
openvpn: subnet 192.168.5.1-192.168.5.100
My local is 192.168.0.1-192.168.0.254
ubuntu server IP 192.168.0.253 Setting the
openvpn tcp port number 443

received his internal ip (192.168.5.5 for example) and was able to access the network under the real mikrotik ip?
I don’t know how to name it correctly, set up a route or forward ports.
