How to configure RAdmin through a router (or vice versa)?

Citizens habralyudi, I ran into such a problem: I can’t connect to my computer through Radmin, and when I connected through that router, but not via LAN (via an external IP), everything worked, when I came to my home with a laptop, it didn’t work out “impossible connect to the server." I came to her apartment again and repeated - it worked, then I used a USB modem as an Internet connection, and again everything is fine. Came home, SHAITAN, everything is as it was. does not connect.

Router TP-link TL-WR841N. Ports are forwarded as usual, IP binding to MAC is assigned, but DHCP is not disabled. Firewall (on the router and laptop) is disabled. Access through the Internet through NO-IP. Full access to the router via remote control. those. the problem is in the settings of the router or laptop.
There are a couple of nuances: firstly, the laptop always connects both the waffle network card and the wire (I tried to turn off the waffle, but after a reboot it turns on again), you can’t use only the waffle, because the speed drops to Dial up, the second - I registered the binding to the poppy 2 times ( when all routers have only 1 setting) in "MAC and IP address binding" and in the "DHCP" submenu - "address reservation"

I use LiteManager, an alternative to RAdmin , maybe everything is also free, in the Free edition.
To work through a router, set up a connection by ID
