How to configure PXE boot from different subnets via Mikrotik?

Good day.
There is an office network divided into several subnets, Mikrotik acts as a router.
In one of the subnets, screw DHCP and Windows Deployment Services (on different servers) are raised.
DHCP has 66 and 67 options.
For other subnets, Mikrotik has DHCP Relay.
The problem is that computers from other subnets refuse to boot via PXE.
Is it possible to somehow overcome this problem?

refuse to load - how is it?
I suspect that WDS does not allow other subnets ... Because DHCP relay has no effect on tftp operation

@LongJek

Routes are registered between networks, pings run between the client and the server? And write more information at least on networks.
