How to configure output and debugging of php code in Visual Studio Code?

Hello, please tell me how to set up a debugger when for the php language in visual studio code, and most importantly, I don’t know how to make the output result appear in the "Output" column of this editor, I seem to have set up Php Debag , everything connected to me, the path indicated to the executable file php error checking works but I can't deal with Xdebag, I installed it, I saw on the screen animation gif how debugging happens with Xdebag and the result when it appears directly in the "output". But I can't do it. I tried test runner for output when but it gives me a code with a broken encoding, I attach 2 screenshots. Please help me figure it out, I really want to customize this editor for these needs. I highlight the part when I right-click on the Run code menu and something appears in the output with a broken encoding.
