How to configure options 82?

The scheme consists of a server issuing ip, eltex mes3124f, des-3528 and a client. The ip request goes through normally ip is issued but does not reach the client the packet looks like this:
10.1.1.5.bootps > 10.1.1.1.bootps: [bad udp cksum 0x174d -> 0x55ac!] BOOTP/DHCP, Reply, length 300, hops 1 , xid 0x328bd508, Flags [none] (0x0000)
Your-IP 10.88.44.217
Gateway-IP 10.1.1.1
Client-Ethernet-Address 3c:d9:2b:f9:4b:90 (oui Unknown)
Vendor-rfc1048 Extensions
Magic Cookie 0x63825363
DHCP-Message Option 53, length 1: Offer
Server-ID Option 54, length 4: 0.0.0.0
Lease-Time Option 51, length 4: 60
Subnet-Mask Option 1, length 4: 255.252.0.0
Default-Gateway Option 3, length 4: 10.88.0.1
Domain-Name-Server Option 6, length 4: 109.229.160.60
Agent-Information Option 82, length 18:
Circuit-ID SubOption 1, length 6: ^@^D^@ ^J^@^A
Remote-ID SubOption 2, length 8: ^@^F^TM-VMWM-wp The
bad udp cksum line confuses me except for this line, there is no reason why the client does not receive an ip.

Where was the dump taken? On a dhcp server? If there, then incorrect checksums on outgoing packets are the norm, the network card will correctly calculate them and insert them before sending them to the network. Or not, if "something goes wrong" or tricky schemes / virtual machines / forwards / tunnels are used.
Try turning off checksum offload on the network adapter, then you will definitely be sure that the problem is not in broken UDP.
And also, some models of d-links work as a relay only if they have an Ip-interface in the vlan in which the client sits (well, or the Mgmt-vlan functionality is disabled if the switch is L2+).
