How to configure normal display of Cyrillic domains in WinSCP?

I use winscp as an FTP manager.
Is it possible to set up the correct display of Cyrillic domains in it? Or it can and should be done on the server? I have a VPS with Debian on board and Apache2 as a webserver

and where does FTP, if the domain is really called that? We read about https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punycode
