How to configure MSTP on D-Link DES-1228, DES3200?

the image indicated the connections of the switches. how to configure mstp so that lbd does not work on switches?
I tried to prescribe the following commands on all switches:

enable stp
config stp version mstp
config stp mst_config_id name abc
config stp mst_config_id revision_level 1

create stp instance_id 2
config stp instance_id 2 add_vlan 101

create stp instance_id 3
config stp instance_id 3 add_vlan 102

create stp instance_id 4
config stp instance_id 4 add_vlan 103

I also tried on 1228 (what is below in the image) to do

config stp priority 4096 instance_id 0
config stp priority 4096 instance_id 2
config stp priority 4096 instance_id 3
config stp priority 4096 instance_id 4

but all the same the grid is ringed.
I've been suffering for a week now, I just can't get it set up as it should. I beg you to help!
