How to configure modx content types with fieldsets?

Please tell me:
I worked with bitrix, drupal, wordpress... Everywhere the concept is approximately the same: there are types of materials, each type of material has a minimum set of basic fields (title, description, publication date), and in addition, you can add your own custom fields for each type of materials fields. I just can’t understand how this is implemented in modx, googling only gives out all sorts of garbage.
UPD Found, like this thing is called TV. But, as I understand it, these fields are attached to all pages. How to make a division by types of materials?
