The main local network on Mikrotik 192.168.1.0/24 from the local network has access to 192.168.1.1, when connected via vpn via l2tp, access is available to all ip except 192.168.1.1 which is periodically needed to configure the router. L2tp is configured to issue ip addresses from the network 192.168.2.0/24
