How to configure mail sending on opencart?

We want to set up sending mail through third-party smtp services on opencart.
We do not want to use Gmail and Yandex because of the long message sending, from 1 to 10 seconds.
When using third-party services, it does not work out to prescribe the parameters normally, the letters do not just go away.
Does anyone have a config example? Thanks

Customize the mail allocated by your hosting, as I do it myself. They will provide you with free mail accounts (≈1000 pieces) and give you settings for linking mailboxes, such as [email protected], [email protected], etc.
