How to configure kaspersky endpoint security 10 to work with 1c accounting 8?

Good afternoon! I tried to find the answer to this question, but found out only the following:
1. Everyone has a lot of compatibility problems between these applications. Solved by stopping/removing/changing the antivirus
2. Some people somehow adjust the antivirus settings so that they don't have problems.
I think many have come across/worked with 1С8 and KES10 and can certainly give a couple of life tips to avoid mistakes and difficulties.
