How to configure iis8 to work in yii2 css, js in iis8?

I have a question - how to set up iis8 so that css and js work in yii2. Worked on openserver. I know I have to tweak iis8 to get the styles and js to work. But I don't know how yet. If someone knows, tell me, please.
