How to configure Google mail for domain to work with SMTP server from my application (Node JS)?

Gives an error message:

{"code":"EAUTH","response":"534-5.7.14..."responseCode":534,"command":"AUTH PLAIN"}

I knock on smtp.gmail.com, tried on smtp-relay.gmail.com - does not work.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I would be grateful for help.
