How to configure FPGA via ft2232d?
There is a SPARTAN-6, there is a JTAG programmer for ft2232d, is it possible to somehow upload the configuration file using this programmer? iMPACT, as I understand it, only supports the native adapter.

Altera (now Intel) has such a thing as a JAM-player, maybe Xilinx has something similar. Essence: a configuration file is created, which is something like a bytecode, as a result of which the PL is configured.
